Public Safety Software
TAC Computer has been providing computer solutions and service to public safety for over 25 years. We offer a wide range of applications such as Police Records Management, Computer Aided Dispatch, Jail Management, Mobile Data Terminals and much more.
We have created many interfaces for our clients including: fingerprinting, 911 , fire records management, EMS patient care, and county and municipal court's systems. Also, our software outputs OH1 data to the BMV.
Hardware
TAC Computer’s services include hardware, hardware repair, networking services, total system design, and installation. We specialize in fast service restoration and stock sufficient spare hardware parts to restore service to any system regardless of the scope of failure. We offer a toll free 24-hour support line. We are currently authorized dealers of many name brand software and hardware such as : HP, Panasonic, Microsoft, Cisco, and SonicWALL.
IT Support
We offer 24 hour, 7 days a week support service, which eliminates the need for the end user to determine the source of a problem. Since we are a local company, our technicians and programmers are very familiar with each of our customer's systems and needs and can easily lend assistance with any software application problem and modifications as well as hardware problems. Often technicians will provide assistance via remote dial-in, reducing problem resolution time. If a problem cannot be fixed remotely, our team will travel to your site to resolve the problem.TAC Computer also provides on-site training for all memebers of the Police, Fire and EMS units. System training will take place at your agency. Computers will be provided for individuals to learn on.
